Beware of out of control mad scientists! This coaster commemorates the occasion when an evil researcher zapped a Jaffa cake in Levenshulme, South Manchester. It went on a rampage, destroying the local fast food store and if people I’ve spoken to in Levy are to be believed, trampling through back yards. Fortunately the mad scientist moved on before he found any Ginger Nuts to blast with his grow-ray - those guys are altogether meaner.
The coaster itself is glossy, and has been printed using dye sublimation onto an MDF blank.
Fun fact: Wellington Road on the border of Levenshulme and Stockport is the site of the McVities factory where Jaffa cakes are made.
